Vintage Design
This vast office will appeal to architects and designer artists! This old workbench or artist table is an amazing, astounding piece. Its minimalist lines highlight the function. The very large tray is bordered by high returns avoiding projections and the fall of tools, it will also fix a pliers lamp. The box has several drawers whose inclined facades are enhanced with gray, light or dark melamine. This gives the workbench a nice graphic and original touch. Mounted on a thin metal structure, the tray is large, allowing to unroll plans and large “grapes” or even “sun”, and spread the pencils. The passage of feet is very wide, allowing a comfortable and suitable position, from the first sketch lines to the last brush strokes!
The office is old and dates from the 60s. The structure is made of tubular metal of square section. The tray is very large and the outline has edges avoiding projections, falling tools. The box includes 5 drawers with a tilted facade, covered with light gray melamine and dark gray. The office is in very good condition and is a very uncommon room. The tray has traces of use as well as a deformation of the veneer on a small part on the left, visible in photo. The whole is an unusual and very beautiful vintage piece.
