Murano Glass Paperweight Aquarium Sculpture Attributed to Riccardo Licata for Cenedese, Circa 1950

Amazing fish tank aquarium in Murano Glass, attributed to Riccardo Licata, a well known Murano artist, for for Cenedese.

Simone Cenedese’s glass factory has been one of the most prestigious in Murano Italy.

This is an early piece with a blue and red fish. Its curved hand blown glass adds to its beauty and delight. It’s unsigned as traditional for these pieces. The Pontil Mark is on the side as seen in the photo.
