Upper cabinet with inset, working lock — key present, also operating the lower cabinet locks
Quality bevelled mirror shows desirable light foxing and presents a great reflection
Wide sideboard presents a generous top surface for serving plates or displaying ornaments
Cabinet base arranged with a pair of drawers over two cabinet doors
Drawers dressed with pairs of circular drop handles over shield shape backplates
Long strap hinges adorn the cabinet doors with pairs of narrow field panels
The whole standing upon four tapering legs with square block feet
This is an attractive antique sideboard, of pleasingly large proportion and a deftness of quality to be expected of a Liberty piece. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
