Presenting a brown silk chiffon skirt designed by Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche’s Fall/Winter 2004 collection. A similar look debuted on the runway as part of look 27 on Katja Shchekina and featured in the season’s ad campaign on Gemma Ward, captured by Craig McDean. This collection, commonly referred to as “China Through the Looking Glass,” was Ford’s last collection at YSL and featured a chinoiserie twist on his sleek and sexy designs, inspired by YSL’s Fall 1977 ‘Les Chinoises’ Haute Couture collection. Demi Moore also wore the dress version of this skirt to a Rodeo Walk of Style event celebrating Tom Ford. Check out our storefront for more iconic vintage YSL!
