1960’s Glass Fronted Mirrored Back Cabinet – Nabytek Czech. Beautiful simple and classic mid-century cabinet sourced in the Czech Republic. Produced by Nabytek in Brno in the Czech Republic. Czech design will always be affiliated to the Bauhaus movement which inspired a generation of design and industrial production in Czechia principally during the second half of the 20th , with producers such as Ton and Up Zavody amongst many others. Nabytek’s was one of the top end cabinet producers competing with Up Zavody. This is a high quality practical cabinet with the bottom section featuring a cabinet with contrasting internal dark oak and ‘three point’ adjustable shelves. The top section retains the original glass sliding doors, original part mirrored back. The shelves are original and fixed with the wonderful original acrylic glass support for the fixed glass shelf. The top section has two sliding glass doors.
