This charming wooden daybed is made from elm wood and originates from Shanxi province during the late nineteenth century and would have been used for seating or reclining.
Simply styled, with four chunky legs which are slightly recessed into the table top and fit through the supporting stretchers.
A beautiful patina has formed on the table surface over the years, adding warmth and character, making this an ideal coffee table with large proportions to compliment rustic interior styling.
