We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely antique Victorian 19th century Astral glazed Dutch inlaid bookcase in walnut A very good looking and well made corner bookcase, it has the look and feel of an 18th century piece however it’s mid 19th century circa 1860-1880 The inlay is beautifully executed in the Sheraton style, it’s a highly decorative and well made piece that looks important and expensive in any setting We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, the original key is present and works, there will be normal age and use related patina marks here and there Dimensions Height:- 197cm Width:- 69cm Depth:- 42cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point CONDITION Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade
